Shipping Availability

Domestic Only: We currently only ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Exclusions: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations.
Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking: Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

The weight and dimensions of your order.

The shipping method you select (USPS or UPS).

The delivery destination (your zip code).

Damaged Shipments: If you receive your order with a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@carolinaoystersauce.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage to both the packaging and the product so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.

Lost Shipments: If your tracking information indicates that your package was lost, please contact us at info@carolinaoystersauce.com. We will initiate a tracer investigation with the selected carrier (USPS or UPS). Please allow the carrier up to 7 business days to complete the investigation before we can issue a replacement or refund.
